**Exchange Policy Overview:**

1. **Timeframe:** You have 15 days from the delivery date to initiate an exchange.

2. **Condition:** Items for exchange must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

3. **Proof of Purchase:** Please provide the original receipt or order confirmation email.

4. **Non-Exchangeable Items:** Personalized or customized items cannot be exchanged unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.

**How to Initiate an Exchange:**

**Exchange Shipping:**

1. **Customer Responsibility:** You are responsible for the return shipping costs for the item(s) being exchanged, unless the exchange is due to an error on our part or if the item received is defective or damaged.

2. **Shipping Method:** For your convenience, we recommend using a trackable shipping service.

3. **Exchange Processing:** After we receive and inspect the item(s) for exchange, we will process the exchange and ship out the replacement item(s) within [X] business days.
